About Me:
I'm an aspiring writer/craftsperson/psychologist/something. I'll let you know when I get a clearer picture. For now, I raise goats, go to college, and distract myself from homework by writing fan fiction of dubious quality. I live in the far West of the United States, spent 8 years of my life in a Redwood forest, and have a habit of naming pets after fictional characters.
My Fandoms:
Mostly I'm a fan of anything done by Joss Whedon, Doctor Who and associated fandoms, and many, many TV shows that are some combination of supernatural, sci-fi, mystery, or period drama.
I also love to read, but mostly all I've been reading lately is bad Young Adult paranormal romance novels that I know will be awful, but read them anyway. As for actual good books, I'm a fan of Megan Whelan Turner's Queen's Thief series, Jonathan Stroud's Bartimaeus trilogy, and the books of Lloyd Alexander, Diana Wynne Jones, Tamora Pierce, Garth Nix, Philip Pullman, and Neil Gaiman, among others.
